To measure your hat size in inches, you can use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your head where a hat would sit:
- Place the tape measure around your head, about halfway between your eyebrows and above your ears
- Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight
- Note the measurement in inches
- Divide the measurement by 3.14 (pi) and round up to the nearest eighth
Alternatively, use a string instead of a tape measure, and then measure the string with a ruler.
Measure your head at least twice to ensure a consistent measurement.
